Testimony: Kerry Davis I got saved at a watch night service (New Years Eve) when I was about 12 years old. A preacher was preaching hell hot and told me that I didn’t have to go. I was scared, I didn’t want to go to hell. I prayed that night and asked Jesus to save me from my sins. I knew something happened to me that night, but I didn’t know exactly what happened. I GOT SAVED.
I spent the next several years living worldly and doing many things that I knew wasn’t right (my conscience was getting me). I wasted my teen years and early twenties. My wife and I got into a Bible Believing Baptist Church and I started to feel some convictions. I then rededicated my life to the Lord Jesus Christ. I GOT SEPERATED FROM THE WORLD.
I sat under some very good sound bible doctrine preaching (Br. Dennis Knowles) for many years before I finally realized that God was trying to use me. I fought the call of God for a long time. I would occasionally go on the streets with a street preacher (Br. Tom Johnston PBI), and as he would preach and quote scriptures, I would tell myself, I could do that. Then one night, Br. Tom finished preaching and slowly walked over to where I was holding a scripture sign. I thought we was finished for the night and he was gonna pray before we left there. THEN, he said, go ahead Br. You preach a little bit. My stomach sank to my knees, my mouth became dry, and my knees were weak. I wanted to run. I wanted to hide. I wanted to run AND hide. I don’t believe I tried to preach that night, but several Friday nights later I tried. I was prayed up and I stepped up. I got on the street corner and said, “Thus saith the Lord…” and at that exact moment, I’d forgotten what the Lord had said. I was drawing a blank mind for it seemed like eternity. Then the scriptures came back to memory. Now I’m serving my Lord Jesus Christ as pastor of New Home Church. Woe be unto me if I preach not the gospel. I GET TO SERVE HIM.
Saved, Separated, Surrendered. SATISFIED! It’s a privilege to serve the Lord. I encourage you to find a KJV bible believing bible-preaching Baptist church and faithfully attend. Seek ye first the Kingdom of God.

I am currently enrolled in The Bible Doctrine Institute studying for my Bachelor of Divinity I highly recommend The Bible Doctrine Institute for people wanting to learn the word of God.
I believe the King James Version is the perfect word of God. I teach and preach the King James Bible only and make NO apologies. I believe there is a famine in the land of America. Nobody wants to hear the word of God anymore. America has too many sissy preachers who will not take a stand and say “Thus saith the Lord…” Too many preachers tickling ears to keep the big tithers happy in their church. They ought to get a King James Bible, study it, 2 Timothy 2v15, pray about a message and BLAST it from the pulpit. If it gets on some toes, GLORY… Too many cold dead Baptist churches today because too many sissy pansy preachers NOT grounded in the true inerrant, infallible word of God. Makes me want to puke to hear some of the “SO CALLED PREACHERS” on radio or T.V. Work your way to heaven? Ha, that’s a joke, your too sorry and LAZY. Speak in tongues your way to heaven? Ha, wrong again, you can’t even use your native tongue correctly. Water baptism FOR your salvation? Ha, come on water dog, the city water system can’t wash your sins away. The ONLY way to heaven is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ. It’s believing on Jesus Christ and what He done on the cross at Calvary. You’re saved by GRACE through FAITH in Jesus Christ and nothing else.
